Join a well-established Chartered Accounting firm as a Senior Team Administrator supporting a busy Business Services division. Working closely with Partners, Managers and the Administration Manager, you'll lead day-to-day administration, oversee workflow and play a key role in mentoring the wider team.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced public practice administrator ready to step into a senior leadership role. You'll become the go-to support person for your allocated team while driving efficiencies and delivering exceptional client service.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading the administration function, allocating workflow and coordinating onshore and offshore administration teams
  • Managing end-to-end client administration, including onboarding, correspondence and stakeholder communication
  • Preparing invoices, reviewing Work in Progress (WIP) with Partners and assisting with debtor management
  • Supporting Partners and Managers with scheduling, reporting, engagement documentation and key deadlines
  • Coaching and mentoring junior administrators while identifying opportunities to improve systems and administrative processes

Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' administration experience within public practice accounting or professional services
  • Demonstrated experience managing invoicing, billing and Work in Progress (WIP)
  • Previous leadership, mentoring or workflow coordination experience
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with experience using practice management software such as FYI highly regarded
